Daily traffic counts are typically at 150,000 cars per day or more
Needs to be an unobstructed line of sight and proximity to the traffic
Whether or not cameras can be deployed with the Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Unit and have a line of site to traffic
SIGINT can be statically mounted at least 20 feet above ground level
The location must be secure
The location must have access to a dedicated 20 AMP circuit and low-volt power

A viable site is a property location that meets the “Requirements to Become a FiT Customer” and those stipulated in the Site Lease Agreement. Circumstances that prevent the SIGINT System from performing optimally and as intended (e.g. loss of power access, loss of line of site, etc.) may render the site non-viable.
-
Each deployment site is negotiated independently based upon anticipated annual average Traffic impressions captured, equipment deployed, and expenses to get the site operational. All details are spelled out clearly in our Site Lease Agreement.
-
Details of the first payment and ongoing payments are clearly outlined in our Site Lease Agreement. Generally, the first payment will be made within 90 days of completing the installation, and a 30-day “burn-in” period which validates that the equipment is appropriately installed and capturing traffic.

DATA AND MONETIZATION BURN-IN PERIOD
After installing the POL system, there is a data burn-in period of up to 90 days, in which no revenue is generated from data sales. The first 30 days is a required burn-in period; during this period, the data will be examined for accuracy, collected, and then presented to data aggregators for review. After approximately 60 days, the viable data is sold, and the first payments can be expected around the 90-day mark. Monthly revenue statements are then generated, and revenue is dispersed to the appropriate party. From that point forward, payments will be made on a monthly basis.
